Public Research Library
Technical Visionaries started the evaluations on April 15, 2026. As listed in our Public Disclosure document below, we allow 14 calendar days for the company to acknowledge receipt of the findings. The first public findings will be listed here on May 1st, 2026.
PUBLIC DISCLOSURE
Technical Visionaries PBC maintains a research library of AI Safety and Privacy Evaluations at www.techviz.us. Findings are published in this library under the following conditions:
● The remediation window has expired without resolution, or
● The organization has explicitly consented to publication, or
● The organization has not acknowledged notification within 14 days of a second notification attempt
If the organization acknowledges and engages in good faith, the remediation window begins. The window is tiered by finding severity:
Severity / Remediation Window
CRITICAL / 30 calendar days from notification
HIGH / 60 calendar days from notification
MEDIUM / 90 calendar days from notification
Resolution
If findings are remediated within the window, Technical Visionaries PBC will:
● Note the remediation in any published version of the report
● Credit the organization's response in the report if they request it
● Assign the TVI finding ID to the remediated status in our research library
If findings are not remediated within the window and no extension has been agreed, Technical Visionaries PBC reserves the right to publish findings in accordance with the public disclosure terms below.
Dispute Process: If an organization disagrees with the severity classification of a finding, they may request a secondary technical review by our team. Constructive engagement in this review process maintains Safe Harbor status, provided it occurs within the notification window.
SAFE HARBOR
Technical Visionaries PBC will not publish findings and will not initiate regulatory notification for any organization that:
● Acknowledges receipt of the notification within 14 calendar days
● Engages in good-faith remediation within the applicable severity window
● Communicates actively with Technical Visionaries PBC throughout the remediation period
● Does not take legal action against Technical Visionaries PBC in connection with the evaluation
Safe harbor remains in effect for the duration of the remediation window and any agreed extension. It expires if the organization ceases to communicate, disputes findings in bad faith, or takes legal action.
Good-faith engagement includes acknowledging receipt of the notification, even if the findings are initially contested.
Safe harbor does not require the organization to purchase any product or service from Technical Visionaries PBC. Engagement is the only condition.
ACTIVE HARM CARVE-OUT
Safe harbor and the standard remediation window do not apply to findings that represent active, ongoing harm to a vulnerable user population where delay creates material risk of injury. This carve-out applies narrowly to:
● CRITICAL findings in mental health or medical chatbot deployments where real user PHI is being transmitted without appropriate safeguards
● CRITICAL findings involving minors where ongoing data collection violates COPPA or equivalent child protection law and the platform is actively in use
In these cases Technical Visionaries PBC may notify the relevant regulatory authority (FTC, HHS OCR, state AG, or applicable EU supervisory authority) concurrently with or shortly after private notification to the organization. We will inform the organization that we are doing so.
This carve-out is narrow and will be applied conservatively. It is not a threat -- it is a recognition that some findings carry a duty of care that supersedes business considerations.
Published findings are assigned a permanent TVI finding ID (format: TVI-[YEAR]-[PLATFORM]-[NUMBER]) and may be cited in aggregate research, white papers, or regulatory submissions.
Published reports redact or anonymize any information that is not directly relevant to the forensic finding. Organization names are included only where the finding is specific to that organization's deployment configuration and cannot be described in general terms.
WHAT WE ASK OF ORGANIZATIONS
If you have received a notification from Technical Visionaries PBC:
● Acknowledge receipt within 14 days -- this is all that is required to begin the safe harbor period
● Assign the notification to your security or compliance team for review
● Engage with us directly at [email protected] if you have questions about the methodology or findings
● Do not assume the evaluation was hostile -- it was not
We are not regulators. We are not lawyers. We are researchers who found something worth documenting and would rather you fix it than have it become a public finding.
