SASI: The System of Record for AI Safety
Protect your board, your users, and your bottom line. Stop monitoring compute and start governing decisions. SASI provides the tamper-evident proof of process you need for regulatory audits, compliance mapping, and liability defense. š” What is a "Decision"? A decision is a completed SASI evaluation of an AI interaction (input + output + safety outcome). Multiple turns in a conversation may map to multiple decisions, but simple interactions usually map 1:1.
SASI Control
Free
(Up to 25k decisions, $0.25/1k overage) per Month
Real-time pre-LLM safety mediation
6-step crisis detection & fail-closed guarantees
Baseline PII redaction & obfuscation detection
IP protection via architecture disclosure guards
SASI Record
$2.50 per 1,000 Governed Decisions
Governed decisions (As low as $0.75 at scale).
All Control features, plus:
"What happened" tamper-evident records via canonical evidence envelopes.
FDA-aligned audit trails & turn-by-turn decision traces
Exact policy reproduction via cryptographic hashing
Multi-turn tracking for boundary erosion, unwarranted outcome promises, and AI persona adoption.
Governance & Compliance Modules
Add-on governance layers for your Core Infrastructure. Snap these modules on without changing your underlying integration when you introduce human workflows or face new regulatory scrutiny.
SASI Oversight
$25 / month per human decision actor.
Note: We charge per human reviewer with UI access, not a blanket "seat tax" on your entire employee base.
"Who knew" proofs via operator acknowledgment logging.
Human oversight routing flags and invariant reporting.
Proof of human override capability and authority attestation at execution time.
SASI Accountability
From $2,500 / month
(Based on decision risk and volume)
"Who is responsible" chain of custody and access logging.
Downstream outcome linkage (including "boundary-related incidents") without storing raw PII.
EU AI Act Article 5 compliance support by disabling emotion mapping.
SASI Assurance
Starts at $60,000 / year
(Custom Enterprise ELA)
"Provable to outsiders" causality via Replay Verification.
Dialogue-level evaluation across long conversations, moving beyond single-turn keyword checks.
Evidence that events occurred inside governed workflows via dynamic delegation registry.
Frequently Asked Questions
How is SASI different from AI security tools that charge by the token?
Most AI observability tools charge a "token tax" that scales linearly with the size of your context window. SASI charges a flat rate per governed decision. Whether your AI processes a 50-word prompt or a 100,000-word document, your safety and compliance costs remain predictable and entirely decoupled from your LLM compute costs.
How does the "per human decision actor" pricing work in the Oversight module?
Many endpoint security tools impose a "seat tax" that charges you for every employee in your organization. The SASI Oversight module only charges for the specific human reviewers who are authorized to acknowledge warnings or override system decisions. If you have 10,000 employees but only 5 compliance officers reviewing escalations, you only pay for 5 actors.
Do I need to buy a Governance Module right away?
No. You can start with our Core Infrastructure (Control or Record) to get real-time safety mediation and tamper-evident logging. Because SASI is a unified system, you can add the Oversight, Accountability, or Assurance modules later without changing your underlying integration when you introduce human-in-the-loop workflows or face new regulatory audits.
How do volume discounts work for the Record tier?
The Record tier starts at $2.50 per 1,000 governed decisions, which covers most mid-market applications. For enterprise deployments processing millions of decisions per month, our volume banding scales the cost down to as low as $0.75 per 1,000. Contact our sales team to model your exact volume.
Does SASI store our users' personal data or prompts to generate this evidence?
No. SASI emphasizes privacy by design. By default, SASI redacts PII and does not store raw user content in its evidence records. For features like outcome linkage in the Accountability tier, SASI connects decisions to downstream outcomes using one-way hashes or pointers to your internal systems, entirely avoiding the creation of new PII liabilities.
