SASKI Strategic Bridge Round
Cutting AI Costs and Eliminating AI Liability for the Enterprise
Worldwide regulations and an aggressive matrix of US state laws are cracking down on autonomous AI applications. With major international frameworks introducing severe penalties for unmonitored AI behavior, and states passing strict accountability mandates like California SB 942 and the Utah AI Policy Act, enterprise compliance teams are facing massive legal liabilities. Chatbots and autonomous agents are the fastest growing technology in business today, but because standard AI models cannot natively distinguish between a legitimate corporate instruction and a malicious command hidden inside an email or document, risk officers are halting deployments until a permanent safety gate is in place.
To avoid catastrophic compliance fines and data leaks, enterprises are scrambling to engineer internal fixes, frequently paying upwards of $250,000 a year per programmer to try and stitch together custom safety infrastructure from scratch. These ad hoc internal development cycles drain vital engineering resources and fail to survive sophisticated adversarial testing. SASKI solves this commercial crisis permanently by providing an out of the box, code level boundary that completely eliminates AI liability while immediately slashing operational computing bills.
What SASKI Does:
SASKI is a liability layer that sits between a human and the AI system, stopping chatbots from leaking private data or taking unauthorized actions, while automatically cutting AI computing costs and energy consumption.
Whether the user is a child learning on an app, a teacher in a digital classroom, or a patient talking to a healthcare assistant, SASKI keeps the conversation completely safe. Normal AI models are easily tricked by hidden text inside everyday documents or web pages, but SASKI acts as a protective shield to stop those mistakes before they happen.
Led by Financial Savings, Hardened by Security
We don't ask companies to change their workflows or take on operational risk to try us. We lead with immediate, measurable value.
The Token Savings Wedge: SASKI pre-filters and condenses the data sent to expensive AI models, stripping out redundant text before it ever reaches them. That cuts a company's AI operating costs immediately, often before they've thought about security at all.
Free Shadow Mode: We deploy SASKI into a customer's system in a passive, observe-only mode, completely free. Nothing about their system changes. In real time, our dashboard shows them exactly how much SASKI is saving them on computing bills, while quietly flagging the security risks and hidden prompt injections we're catching before they ever reach their network.
Where We Stand Today
This isn't a concept on a whiteboard. It's running code, and we've already proven the problem is real.
SASKI was named a Quarter-Finalist in Pepperdine University's 2026 Most Fundable Companies competition, one of the most respected startup evaluation programs in the country. Finalists in this competition are featured in Entrepreneur magazine.
We've also run our own adversarial audits on 40+ separate AI platforms, including systems used by Fortune 500 companies. The overwhelming majority of them failed most of the tests we threw at them. This isn't a hypothetical risk we're describing, it's one we've watched play out, over and over, against real production systems already in use today.
Independent Audits
We don't just claim SASKI works, we've invited outside experts to try to break it.
- We underwent a security audit from Zenity, a company recognized by Gartner as a leading name in AI agent security and governance, and recently named a Gartner Cool Vendor in the category. We received a perfect 20 out of 20.
- We completed an audit against OWASP, the globally recognized standard-setting body for application security testing, and received a B+.
- We were tested by AFRISPARC.org, an AI policy and safety evaluation organization that our own AI governance attorney helped establish. Their testing procedure runs 104 separate questions, one of the most rigorous evaluation frameworks we've been put through. Our protected platform scored 82% on first-round testing, and we've already resolved many of the issues they identified, with that work ongoing.
Several more independent audits are underway and will be completed in the coming weeks.
We're not asking you to take our word for it. We're inviting outside scrutiny, and so far, the results back up what we set out to build.
A Quick Note on Who We Are:
SASKI was founded and is led by me, Stephen Calhoun, and Ishak Kang, alongside a small team of co-founders handling engineering, platform execution and B2B sales. If you'd like the full team backgrounds, they're laid out in detail in our pitch deck, just ask and I'll send it your way.

Before we close our angel round, I'm opening up a small window for the people closest to me to get in first.
SASKI Institute is raising up to $500,000 in this bridge round, ahead of our institutional close.
I've carried this company on my own back to get it this far. This isn't seed money for an idea on a napkin, it's fuel for something that already works, that's already been tested by outside experts, and that's already earned real recognition. I've spent my career building systems where failure wasn't an option. This is that same instinct, applied to one of the most important problems in technology right now.
I want the people who believe in this, and in me, to be the ones who benefit from getting in ahead of the angels.
Here's exactly what that means in practical terms. When our next round prices the company, your money converts into shares at a 20% discount to whatever that price turns out to be. In plain terms: if a new investor in that next round pays a dollar a share, you pay 80 cents for the same share. Your money goes 25% further than theirs, simply because you came in now instead of waiting.
This $500,000 covers our final audit cycle, hardening our SDK for commercial launch, and getting us cleanly to that next round.
If you want to see the real numbers, talk through how this works, or just hear it from me directly, call me. I'd rather have that conversation than point you to a data room.
